I can't hear the ticking gears of the wall clock over the sound of the air flowing out of the room heater/cooler.
I know I am generally happy but I don't know what happiness is right now.
A nice young man, Michael, stopped by the room to take the food order for lunch and dinner today.
Otherwise, an unknowing silence fills the room.
Sit for hours and watch the global weather patterns, missing all the breaking news and new developments going on in our subcultures.
Wondering and waiting. Nephrological issues no longer an immediate concern. Moving on to other areas of interest.
Can barely hear the echo of word sounds in my thoughts. Alliteration always a pleasure except when one can't detect balance.
Like standing on an antigravity glass platform in the sky, marveling at the view but lost in the thought about where's the support.
